Fill in all details below. You can save and change details as much as you want until team submission day on 4th September. For your team to be fully accepted you must fill in the following:

All team Details including team name, age, competition, coach details, wwcc and team skill level

Players list - All names spelled correctly as per their PlayFootball Registration. Check with the players parents if unsure of spelling or their surname.

Jersey sizes - If you do not fill this in we will assign based on the average for the age group (no exchanges permitted)

Jerseys have been ordered based on what you entered on this page. No more changes can be made.

Please ensure both [email protected] and [email protected] are on your email white list as you will receive further instructions from them.

Your match fixtures will be available a couple of weeks before the season starts. You will be able to access them via this page, or via the public website. A link will be emailed to you.

Jersey pick up will be the week prior to the start of the season. keep an eye on your emails and Facebook for the date.
