This is your opportunity to provide us with your honest feedback. We do not require your personal details but we do ask some questions so we can understand what part of the club you are in. You will be asked questions in 3 categories. Volunteering and Committee Questions about our committee and our volunteering structure. Team Officials Questions about the coach/manager on the team and how we support them. Communication Questions about our communication methods. You will have the opportunity at the end of the survey to provide general feedback. All answers will be seen by 1 member of the SJFC committee (not in the executive committee) and where required, all identifiable information will be removed prior to sharing the answers with the committee and greater SJFC community.
