For Players

If you are a new player you will need to attend team formation. This will give you an opportunity to find other individual players or a partially formed team.

If you are a returning player that doesn’t mean you will be automatically placed in the same team. Please reach out to the coach or manager of the team to ensure they name your child on their team for this season. If the coach/manager hasn’t organised a team then you will need to attend team formation to find a new team.

If on the day you form a team from all individual players then a coach and manager will need to be elected. Every team must have both a coach and a manager before it can be submitted.

There will be SJFC committee members at team formation to help support you to find a team.

For Coaches/Managers

If you have a fully formed team then you do not need to attend team formation day. Use the links below to submit your fully formed team.

If you are a partial team then please print out the Team Formation sheet found below and bring it with you on Team Formation day. Its your chance to fill the positions in your team.

All coaches and managers must have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to the start of the season. You can apply for a WWCC here.

There will be SJFC committee members at team formation to help you fill your team.
